These terms and conditions (together with the information and policies contained in the “Customer Service” pages on the website and any other documents referred in these terms and conditions “Terms and Conditions” set out the legal terms that apply to your use of the website http://www.Razzelparis.com (the “Website” or “Site”).
These terms and conditions apply to:
The purchase of products from Razzel Paris, a brand that designs and distributes hijabs and other products (“Razzel Paris Product(s)”) under the brand name Razzel Paris. The references to Razzel Paris in these Terms and Conditions mean Mrs. Dalila Jarri owner of the brand Razzel is registered in France under the company number 788 776 052 00011 APE 4791 B, whose registered office is located at 33 Rue des Peupliers, 78650, Beynes, France. Where we refer to “you” or “your” we mean you, the person using the Services. Where we refer to us, we or our, we mean Razzel Paris and Dalila Jarri.
Your use of the Site and your purchase of any Razzel Paris Products offered on the Site is subject to these Terms and Conditions and by using the Site and/or placing an order for any Razzel Paris Product on the Site, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you should leave the Site immediately. You should print a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference. Use of your personal information submitted to or via the Site is governed by our Privacy and Cookies Policy.

By agreeing to these of service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence.
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time by changing them on the Site, although no such change will affect any order you have already placed with us.

INTRODUCTION ACCESS TO THE SITE

It is your responsibility to ensure that your equipment (computer, laptop, netbook, tablet or other mobile device) meets all the necessary technical specifications to enable you to access and use the Site and that it is compatible with the Site.
We may, from time to time, restrict access to certain features, parts or content of the Site, or the entire Site, to users who have registered with us. You must ensure that any registration details you provide are accurate. If you choose, or you are provided with, a log-on ID (such as a username and password or other identifier) as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential and must not reveal it to anyone else. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your log-on ID and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or other security breach of which you become aware. We reserve the right to disable any log-on ID at any time if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or if any details you provide for the purposes of registering as a user prove to be false.

ORDERING AND AVAILABILITY

Razzel Paris Products may be ordered by clicking on the items you wish to purchase and then following the prompts that will appear on-screen. You may check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order to us by clicking the “Pay Now” button on the checkout page.
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order and giving you an order reference number (“Order Confirmation”). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to buy a Razzel Paris Product. All orders are subject to acceptance Razzel Paris (or any Network Supplier, as applicable) are not obliged to accept your order and may, at their respective discretions, decline to accept any order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from: the product ordered being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorisation of payment, the identification of an error within the product information, etc. If there are any problems with your order, we shall contact you.

Where your order is accepted, we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms that the Razzel Paris Product has been despatched (“Despatch Confirmation”). The Contract between (i) you and (ii) Razzel Paris or the Network Supplier (as applicable) in relation to Razzel Paris Product(s) ordered will only be formed when we send you the Despatch Confirmation. After entering into the Contract, Razzel Paris or the Network Supplier (as applicable) will be under a legal duty to supply you with goods that are in conformity with the Contract. Only those goods, listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch, will be included in the contract formed.

QUALITY AND CARE

All of our items must pass a thorough quality checking process before they are deemed suitable for retail. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, please report to contact@razzelparis.com with sufficient information and evidence, inclusive of images and proof of purchase. Upon receipt, we will investigate the matter and determine whether the fault was due to poor use, lack of care, wear and tear or a genuine manufacturing defect. Contact must be made within 14 days of purchase.
If your item(s) appear to be damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods, by emailing contact@razzelparis.com with images and details of the problem. The matter will thereafter be referred to our Support Team that will put forward a solution based on the circumstances surrounding the related transaction.
If, for any reason, important information relating to the handling and care of your product is missing, wash care, labels, etc. please email contact@razzelparis.com to request for this information. We cannot be held responsible for any act undertaken by the customer without consulting Razzel which may result in damage to the product(s) due to not following care instructions and guidelines.

PRODUCTS

Please consider that buying products over the Internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in-store. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery and we cannot be held responsible for differences which appear as a result of the aforementioned point. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information is entered into the system.
Please also note that, due to the nature of manufacturing, all measurements stated are approximate and variations may occur, but every effort is made to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Sold Razzel Paris Products are supplied for your domestic and private use only. In buying Razzel Paris Products, you agree that you will not use Razzel Paris Products for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes. Either Razzel Paris, or Dalila Jarri has any liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

MAKE A CUSTOM ORDER

Once you have placed the order, a contract has been made, and you become liable for the full costs of items ordered.

No goods may be taken before the entire order has been paid for in full.
Made-to-order garments are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
In the event of cancellation after your order has been submitted for production, you will remain liable for the full cost of items ordered.
It is probable alterations will be needed at an additional cost to yourself (concerning characteristics such as, length, width, etc.). Please contact us for further assistance.
The person placing the order takes full responsibility for the size ordered and any measurements taken; Razzel cannot accept responsibility if the size of measurements are incorrect.
Slight variations in fabric colour, texture, and trim may be possible within reason, due to the nature of producing hand crafted items; such variations are beyond our control.
Although every effort will be made for your delivery to be received on time, Razzel cannot be held responsible or liable for suppliers not delivering goods on time.
Razzel must be given the opportunity to inspect any garment or item which is subject to a complaint and given reasonable chance to rectify the problem.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

Prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs (where applicable), which will be automatically added (at the cost shown) to the total amount due when you view the items in your shopping basket.
Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Despatch Confirmation.
The Site contains a large number of Razzel Paris Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Razzel Paris Products listed on the Site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our despatch procedures so that, where a Razzel Paris Product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount. If a Razzel Paris Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on the Site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before despatching the Razzel Paris Product or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.

Payment for all orders must be made by credit or debit card on the checkout page. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards.
You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorise payment for any reason. We also carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card and Razzel Paris Products will not be despatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee. We are not responsible for this.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept payments from all major debit and credit cards, and PayPal. All transactions are securely processed on Razzle’s server using a verified SSL certificate ensuring that all data provided is encrypted. Razzel do not store any debit/credit card information.

RETURNS POLICY

Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to cancel your purchase and return the purchased products within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which you received the purchased product from Razzelparis.com.
We cannot accept returns of products that have been personalised or made to your own bespoke specifications.
Please note we do not accept exchanges.
Complete the returns form that accompanies your order and attach it with your package to the return address indicated on the return form.
Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
The products must not have been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged and must be in perfect resale condition.
We cannot accept returns that have been damaged due to incorrect washing or use. Any item returned with damage caused by the customer (personal use, wear or insufficient packaging) will be returned to the customer. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
Once your package arrives at the warehouse, please allow 8 business days for your return to be processed. Customers will receive an e-mail notification once their return has been processed (please check your Spam/Junk file for this automated message). When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. The refund includes only the cost of the product and the delivery costs paid for the order. You will have to pay the taxes required by your respective countries (if applicable). Please note that once a refund has been made by Razzel Paris, the funds can take up to 10-14 days to appear on your bank account.
If you have not heard from our returns team within 14 working days of your parcel being delivered, please email: contact@razzelparis.com.
If your item was a part of a promotional package, e.g. “Buy one get one free,” the free item must also be returned, otherwise, the cost of the free item will be deducted from the refund amount initially due.
We recommend using a form of Recorded Delivery to return your items to us, as we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Please do not return items using only the Razzel product packaging. Both the product packaging and the product itself must be placed in a parcel for shipping.
If you are returning item(s) to us from outside of EUROPE, you must complete customs declaration, clearly stating that the package contains ‘RETURNED GOODS’. If your parcel is stopped at FRENCH Customs and a charge levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned to the sender. Under no circumstances can Razzel pay customs duty in order to receive back our items. Please note, major couriers may charge administration handling fees for returning goods, under no circumstances can Razzel pay such fees, this will be deducted from the refund amount requested.

For International Customers, Razzel will only reimburse the return shipping fee for an Economy service, offered by a local postal service in the recipient’s country of residence (where the goods were delivered), up to the value of the initial shipping fee which the customer paid for shipping in the order containing an error or defect. If the total credit due exceeds the amount initially paid by the customer, a store credit note will be issued.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS FOR CUSTOMISED RAZZEL PARIS PRODUCTS

You cannot cancel a Contract for the supply of any Razzel Paris Products that have been personalised or made to your own bespoke specifications, unless such Razzel Paris Products were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered.

FAULTY RAZZEL PRODUCTS

Please return your item(s) to us within 14 days after finding the fault.
If any Razzel Product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you or has developed a fault, you may have one or more legal remedies available to you, depending on when you make us aware of the problem, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a Razzel Product was delivered damaged or faulty or has developed a fault, you should inform us as soon as possible. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.
Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:

Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.

PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the above procedures have not been followed
To cancel a Contract, you must clearly inform us, preferably:
by email at contact@razzelparis.com or by telephone at +33(0) 7 68 02 83 00, giving us your name, address and order reference.

WHAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO

Except to the extent expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions, you are not allowed to:
‘scrape’ content or store content of the Site on a server or other storage device connected to a network or create an electronic database by systematically downloading and storing all of the content of the Site;
remove or change any content of the Site or attempt to circumvent security or interfere with the proper working of the Site or the servers on which it is hosted;
create links to the Site from any other website, without our prior written consent, although you may link from a website that is operated by you, provided the link is not misleading or deceptive and fairly indicates its destination, you do not imply that we endorse you, your website, or any products or services you offer, you link to (and do not frame or replicate) the home page of the Site, and the linked website does not contain any content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, vulgar, indecent, offensive or which infringes on the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

You must not misuse this Website, commit or encourage a criminal offence; transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, or post any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; cause annoyance to other users; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material. Razzel will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
Razzel reserves the right to close accounts if any user is seen to be attempting to disrupt our services in any way.
You must only use the Site and anything available from the Site for lawful purposes (complying with all applicable laws and regulations), in a responsible manner, and not in a way that might damage Dalila Jarri’s or Razzel Paris’s names or reputations or those of any of our affiliates.
All rights granted to you under these Terms and Conditions will terminate immediately in the event that you are in breach of any of them.
Breaching these provisions would constitute a criminal offence. In compliance with any enforceable law or public order, we will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them.

ALL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. Razzel Paris own all intellectual property rights in the Products, the Site as a whole and its content, including, but not limited to, all copyright, design and trade mark rights in names, logos, designs, texts, data compilations, graphics, audio clips, films, photographs, animations, illustrations, drawings, software and computer codes (“Content”), or have been granted all necessary licences to use the same.

2. Use of the Site and its Contents grants you no rights in relation to the intellectual property in the Site. You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, modify, edit, republish, download, post, broadcast, record, transmit, sell, exploit, or distribute any part of the Site or its Content without our prior written consent.
3. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive and revocable licence to use the Site for personal use only. Such licence does not permit you to use the Site for commercial use and/or purposes. When you use the “Share” function on the Site in order to share information from the Site via social media platforms (such as Facebook and Twitter), you acknowledge and agree that you will be sharing this content solely for personal use and/or purposes. Your use of the Site and/or its Content must not in any way cause damage to the Site and its ability to function (including but not limited through the use of data gathering and extraction tools) nor prejudice or damage the reputation of Razzle Company.
4. Your purchase of Products from the Site does not entitle you to alter the nature of or repurpose the Product and resell the same. The resale of repurposed or altered Product may infringe on the rights of Razzle.
5. Use of our intellectual property other than that permitted under Paragraph 3 may infringe the Razzel Company rights in the Site, and we reserve on our own behalf the right to take any appropriate legal actions to protect such rights.

CONTENT

We may change the format and content of the Site from time to time. You agree that your use of the Site is on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis and at your sole risk.
Whilst we try to make sure that all information contained on the Site (other than any user-generated content) is correct, it is not intended to amount to authority or advice on which reliance should be placed. You should check with us or the relevant information source before acting on any such information.
We make or give no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, correctness, reliability, integrity, quality, fitness for purpose or originality of any content of the Site and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, conditions or other terms of any kind are hereby excluded and we accept no liability for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of you or anyone else using the Site or relying on any of its content.
We cannot and do not guarantee that any content of the Site will be free from viruses and/or other code that may have contaminating or destructive elements. It is your responsibility to implement appropriate IT security safeguards (including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy your particular requirements as to the safety and reliability of content.

We include these to provide you with access to information, products or services that you may find useful or interesting. If you breach these Terms and Conditions and we take no action, or if we delay in taking action, that does not mean that we have waived our rights and we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies. If we do waive a breach by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later breach by you.
Each of the sections and paragraphs of these Terms and Conditions operates separately. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions may not be changed except with our express written consent.
These Terms and Conditions and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract. We are required by law to advise you that Contracts may be concluded in the English language only and that no public filing requirements apply.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by French law, and all disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by French law.
Any dispute (including non-contractual disputes or claims) concerning these Terms and Conditions shall, subject as provided below, be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit the right of Mrs. Dalila Jarri and/or Razzel Paris to take proceedings against you in any court worldwide for injunctive and other remedies to the extent permitted by the law of such other jurisdiction.

ETHICAL SOURCING POLICY

Razzel recognises its obligation to ensure that suppliers are operating ethically. We expect our suppliers to consistently provide an environment that protects their employees’ health, safety and basic human rights. All suppliers are expected to comply with their national employment laws and regulations.
