Returns and refunds policy

 

Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to cancel your purchase and return the purchased products within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which you received the purchased product from Razzelparis.com. We cannot accept returns of products that have been personalised or made to your own bespoke specifications. Please note that we do not accept exchanges.

Complete the returns form that accompanies your order and attach it with your package to the return address indicated on the return form.

Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included; otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

The products must not have been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged, the products must be in perfect resale condition. We cannot accept returns that have been damaged due to incorrect washing or use. Any item returned with damage caused by the customer (personal use, wear or insufficient packaging) will be returned to the customer. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

Once your package arrives at the warehouse, please allow 8 business days for your return to be processed. Customers will receive an e-mail notification once their return has been processed. Please check your Spam/Junk file for this automated message. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. The refund includes only the cost of the product and the delivery costs paid for the order. You will have to pay the taxes required by your respective countries, if applicable. Please note that once a refund has been made by Razzel Paris, the funds can take up to 10-14 days to appear on your bank account.

If your item was a part of a promotional package, e.g. “Buy one get one free,” the free item must also be returned, otherwise, the cost of the free item will be deducted from the refund amount initially due.

We recommend using a form of Recorded Delivery to return your items to us, as we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Please do not return items using only the Razzel product packaging. Both the product itself and the product packaging must be placed in another parcel for shipping.

If you are returning item(s) to us from outside of EUROPE, you must complete a customs declaration, clearly stating that the package contains “RETURNED GOODS”. If your parcel is stopped at FRENCH Customs and a charge levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned to the sender. Under no circumstances can Razzel pay customs duty in order to receive back our items. Please note, major couriers may charge administration handling fees for returning goods. Under no circumstances can Razzel pay such fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount requested.

For International Customers, Razzel will only reimburse the return shipping fee for an Economy service, offered by a local postal service in the recipient’s country of residence (where the goods were delivered), up to the value of the initial shipping fee that the customer paid for shipping in the order containing an error or defect. If the total credit due exceeds the amount initially paid by the customer, a store credit note will be issued.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS FOR CUSTOMISED RAZZEL PARIS PRODUCTS

You cannot cancel a Contract for the supply of any Razzel Paris Products that have been personalised or made to your own bespoke specifications unless such Razzel Paris Products were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered.

 

FAULTY RAZZEL PRODUCT

Please return your item(s) to us within 14 days after finding the fault.
If any Razzel Product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you or has developed a fault, you may have one or more legal remedies available to you, depending on when you make us aware of the problem, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe an Razzel Product was delivered damaged or faulty or has developed a fault, you should inform us as soon as possible. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights. Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault or we may not be able to provide a refund. All goods must be returned in their original packaging.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email. The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:

Credit Card : Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.

PayPal : You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the above procedures have not been followed.

To cancel a Contract, you must clearly inform us, preferably :
